Learn Sport and Exercise Verbs in English
- Walk /wɔ:k/: đi bộ. - Don’t try to walk before you can crawl.
- Run /rʌn/: chạy. - Do not run too fast after gain.
- Stretch /stretʃ/ : Căng ra, duỗi ra. - Breathe in through your nose as you stretch up.
- Jump /dʒʌmp/: nhảy. - Can you jump over the river?

- skip /skip/: nhảy với tốc độ nhanh. - They skip rope and play catch

- kneel /ni:l/: quỳ xuống, quỳ gối - Do not run, stand, kneel or spin in the slide.
- bend /bɛnd/: Cúi xuống, cong xuống, uốn cong, làm cong - Lie flat and let your knees bend.
- sit /sit/: ngồi. - Sit on the floor, stretching your legs out in front of you.
- lie down: nằm xuống - For this exercise, it is best to lie down, or sit with both feet on the floor.
- serve /sɜ:v/: cú giao bóng, lượt giao bóng - Serving is arguably the most important aspect of the game, as it is the one shot which has to be in every single rally.
